Make sure your founders are ready by Demo Day.
Different founders need different help. We find the main problem, coach it, and test the change before Demo Day.
A full cohort. Limited time. Different problems.
A founder can look unready for very different reasons. They should not all get the same coaching.
Everything feels important.
When you know the company this well, it’s hard to know what to leave out. The audience needs the point before the detail.
The best part is hiding.
The founder has real evidence—customers, traction, results—but gives the audience other things to remember first.
Sometimes the sentence isn’t the problem.
If the founder cannot clearly explain the customer, evidence, wedge, or business logic, rewriting the pitch can hide the question instead of solving it.
Use the time where it matters.
Know who needs attention, what to work on, and what actually improved—so the remaining time goes where it can help most.
Find the problem. Coach the right thing. Test what changed.
First, hear how each founder pitches. Find what's getting in the way. Work on it. Then see if they can do it on their own.
Different problem. Different coaching.

Did the pitch get better—or did the founder?A better pitch isn’t enough. Brantio tests whether the founder can make the change on their own.
FOCUS
Before
The important evidence stayed buried until late in the explanation.
After coaching
The founder led with the important point — without being reminded.
What Brantio checks: Can the founder repeat the change without the coach rebuilding the answer?
Know where your cohort stands before Demo Day.
We spend the first two weeks finding where the useful work is. Then we spend the next four coaching it and testing what changed before Demo Day.
Find the work.
Hear the founders live. Review what they already have. Identify the main thing getting in the way. By the end of Week 2, your team can see who needs attention, what they need, and where the remaining four weeks could help.
You know where the work is.
For each relevant founder:
- What is getting in the way
- What looks worth working on
- What Brantio recommends next
Then focus the work.
Use what we learned to focus the next four weeks on the founders who need help — and the problems that matter.
Do the work.
Coach what needs work. Give founders chances to use it. Then pressure-test the change again before Demo Day to see what the founder can do independently and what still needs attention.
See what changed—and what still needs work.
For each founder Brantio worked with, the final readout shows what changed in the founder’s communication—not just whether the pitch sounded better.
- What got in the way
- What we worked on
- What changed
- What the founder could do independently
- What still needs attention
Your team gets a short debrief on who still needs help and with what.
We do the heavy lifting.
Founder access, current materials, the Demo Day date and format, and one scheduling contact. Brantio handles the review, coaching, follow-up, pressure tests and readout.
Six weeks of founder review, targeted coaching, practice, pressure tests, and a final program readout.
Pricing depends on the number of startups in your cohort and the level of coaching support needed.

Different founders had different problems. The work changed with the problem.
“The startups have learned a lot in your ‘art of the pitch’ session and are thrilled with the results of the program.”

The proof was there. It was buried.
The company already had customers and evidence. The audience just had to wait too long to hear it. We moved the strongest proof forward so the listener got the point earlier.
The story was memorable. The product wasn’t.
The analogy was good enough to take over the pitch. By the time the product appeared, the minute was almost gone. The fix was not a better story. It was better prioritization.
Then he did it again.
The point wasn’t to write a better pitch for him. It was to see whether he could use the change himself. On the next live attempt, the customer and traction came through more clearly.
In one recent eight-company accelerator cohort, program leadership reported that only one company had previously met the required five-minute pitch target.
Brantio’s accelerator work has included workshops, founder coaching, pitch revision, rehearsal, and program review across multiple programs.
Same cohort. Different problems. Different work.
Not ready for a full-cohort engagement?
Start with three founders.
The Brantio 3-Founder Readiness Lab is a focused, 75–90-minute virtual session. We identify each founder's biggest communication problem, coach it, and test what changed.
Your program receives a brief written readout for each founder.
$750 total for three founders.

Is this just pitch coaching?
No. The pitch is where the problem becomes visible. Sometimes the blocker is wording or delivery. Sometimes the proof, customer, or business answer is still unclear.
Does every founder get a 1:1?
No. Some problems belong in group work. Some need individual coaching. Some founders may not need extra intervention at all.
What does the program team get?
By Week 2, your team sees where the useful work is. Before Demo Day, the final readout shows what changed, what the founder could do independently, and what still needs attention.
How long is the sprint?
Six weeks. We use the first two to figure out what each founder needs, then spend the next four coaching, practicing, and testing progress before Demo Day.
Can this work for larger cohorts?
Yes. We adjust the mix of reviews, group work, and one-on-one coaching to fit the cohort.
I’ve worked with a lot of founders. The pattern is what stuck.
I’ve worked with 250+ startups. The companies were different. The communication problems repeated.
My accelerator work has included MassChallenge, NATO DIANA-related founder programs, and Techstars Tokyo—workshops, 1:1 coaching, pitch review, and rehearsal.
The job isn’t to make founders sound like me. It’s to hear what is getting in their way and help them become clearer as themselves.
That is what Brantio is built around.
