Three things founders often miss.

Everything feels important.

Founders know their businesses so well that every detail feels essential.

The best part is hiding.

Founders have compelling evidence but bury it in the pitch.

The pitch isn't the problem.

Founders can't answer an important business question.

Three unexpected teachers.

A bull. A bird. Beethoven. Three ways to make a pitch easier to understand, believe, and remember.

01

The Bull

What must they understand? Inspired by Picasso’s simplified bull, founders practice stripping away details until the essential idea is clear.

02

The Bird

What must they believe? Founders identify the evidence that gives listeners a reason to believe the company matters.

03

Beethoven

What must they remember? Find the one landmark idea—the point you want people talking about after the pitch—and make it stick.

Now, put it to the test.

Pitch. Check. Improve. Repeat.

Everyone pitches in pairs, gathers quick listener feedback, and challenges business claims in small groups. Selected founders get live coaching. Then teams revise, pitch again, and compare the first and final feedback.

What you get for your cohort

Every startup pitches, gets feedback, and leaves with a pitch-building template and business-evidence checklist. You receive a short comparison of the first and final listener surveys, plus common questions founders still need to answer. All in 90 minutes, without your staff having to coach every founder.

Simple booking: Request a date and share your cohort size and format. We confirm availability and fit, then send a payment link or invoice for your purchasing process. No call required.

“The startups have learned a lot in your ‘art of the pitch’ session and are thrilled with the results of the program.”

FAQ

Who is this workshop for?

Accelerator cohorts, university incubators, student founders, and research teams preparing for Demo Days, showcases, pitch competitions, or investor and customer conversations.

Will every founder get to practice?

Yes. Everyone pitches in pairs twice and works in small groups. Selected founders pitch to the room for live coaching. The workshop is for up to 12 startup teams.

How do you know whether it helped?

Founders compare brief listener feedback from their first and final pitches. Your program receives a short post-workshop summary of the overall changes in listener understanding and recurring questions. These responses show how the pitch landed—not whether the business is validated.

Is individual coaching included?

The workshop includes selected live coaching and peer practice, not separate one-on-one sessions. Individual coaching can be scoped separately.

What does it cost?

Virtual is $1,500. In person starts at $3,000 plus travel. Both are 90 minutes, for up to 12 startup teams. Larger or multi-session formats are quoted separately.
