Problem

Cindy took her mom to a fancy French restaurant. She couldn’t wait to reconnect with her, after missing her for a year. You could smell fresh baked bread and platters of mussels in red wine sauce. A waiter came to light a few candles. Cindy started to smell something different …. Something burning …. It turns out, a drop of oil had spilled on her hair.  Her hair started to smoke. Her hair caught on fire.

The shocked waitress quickly grabbed the drinks on the table and poured it on Cindy’s hair. It didn’t matter of it was water or milk. Orange juice or apple juice. It only mattered that she put the fire out. Luckily, Cindy was fine. She continue having dinner with her mom.
We can agree, there are always more things to do. Solving a hair-on-fire problem should be tops on the list.  A hair-on-fire problem is a problem so urgent, that it doesn’t really matter what the solution is. It just needs a solution ASAP.
